MG Midget and Sprite General - Frogeye HCN 600 where are you now

I've recently got to know a chap by the name of Ray Brewis, a fellow patron of our village pub :) He has revealed he is the former owner of a Mk1 AH Sprite HCN 600, which he ran with his late wife in the 1960s. He has very fond memories of the car and still keeps a pile of old photos and other documents recording their ownership. He is keen to know about its current whereabouts and ownership. So far I've determined via a DVLA search that it is still on the road and is now in white paint, having been blue then black when Ray had it.

Ray and the car featured in an article in a 2005 edition of the Dutch Austin Healey Owners Club magazine following contact between a member of said club and Ray who was selling an old Sprite Owners Club badge.

If anyone - Gary? - can help to fill in its history or current whereabouts I'm sure Ray would be delighted to hear about it.

Hi Jordan,

It's not on my online list, however I'll check on the database when I get home as there are quite a few details of Mk1 Sprites where I have info but no permission to upload images.
Is there any way that Ray or you could email an image? Then I could put an appeal into the magazine and also upload it to the website. I get quite a few emails from people who have searched for their cars by reg number and get directed to www.frogeye.smugmug.com

I'm afraid that I don't have any details of it in my records but get me the image and a bit of background and put it in the magazine.
