MG Midget and Sprite General - Creating a workshop manual on disc (NMC)

I need help from someone who understands computer file formats please!

I have downloaded a workshop manual but I cannot get at it to view the contents.
It downloads as a large single file with a DOT rar ending. When I click on this it "self extracts" with WinRar to display 4 files called IMAGE, Image.sub, image.cue and image.ccd.
None of these will open and I am not sure what to do next.
I tried copying the 4 files to a CD thinking it might just boot but no such luck. I just get the same 4 files on the CD!

Can someone talk me through what to do next. Direct e-mails may be better rather than clogging the BBS
