MG Midget and Sprite General - Canadian GP

After an exremely wet M50 it was uncanny that the Canadian GP was enjoying similar weather.

However what a fantastic race, I think it is one of the best Grand Prix I have had the pleasure of watching.

Fantastic drive by Jenson and the german cracked under the pressure.

I loved every minute!!!

I have a feeling JB would have driven around Vettel even if he hadn't had a moment. The mind games will be something else now. JB will be mentally unstopable and Vettel will know he can crack under pressure. Maybe, maybe Hamilton will go for slightly bigger gaps.

But what a race!

Hamilton is a clot! ha ha. Another 3 incidents within the 5 or so racing laps, to add to the three at monaco. dear oh dear.

Belter of a race, amazing drive from Button, he would have been coming past come hell or high water, he was on a mission.

At one point as well I was cheering on Schumacher. How strange!

Cheers,

Couldn't keep my eyes off the telly - fantastic race to watch. Button and Schumacher were certainly impressive and maybee Webber had a few moments but he doesn't quite get through the traffic as well as Button & Schuey
From that last stoppage Button had his eyes turned on for sure
Cheers Willy

no idea how button was going so fast. it was proper edge of the seat stuff.

Hamilton needs to get his act together if he wants any finishes never mind points, what's he playing at?

Would have been nice for shumi to have a podium.

Charle Whiting should have red flagged the A1 mind. Or got some of those little standing water cleaning machines on the job.

Amazing weekend of motorsport all round. Circumstances - (poorly kids) meant I was confined to the house so I settled down for 2 days of TV Motorsport and cuddling poorly children :-)

Started with Le Mans Legends @ 9 AM on Saturday and with MotoGP, Le Mans and GP didn't finish until 10Pm on Sunday. With le mans coming down to 20 seconds after 24 Hours I didn't think the GP could beat it.....then I was screaming at Button on the last lap to hold it together and cheering vettels spin.

I was even hoping Schumacher would get a podium...which is probably the first time I've ever felt like that !

Best GP I have ever watched - just fantastic.

Agree with all comments.

I've read that Hamilton had a meeting with Red Bull at the circuit.

Mr Horner probably said, '...join my team and take out Vettel on the pit straight? I think I need to put that to a team vote!'

Great race though, well done Jenson!!

Not as good as 1966 British GP at Brands Hatch. Hill & Clark in 2 ltr Tasman cars ( 1st year of 3 ltr formula )nose to tail lap after lap. Showing my age!
