MG Midget and Sprite General - Bit Needed!

I'm trying to locate a rear axle hanger strap pin, part number HMP215014. This is item 41 on the Moss page http://www.moss-europe.co.uk/Shop/ViewProducts.aspx?PlateIndexID=1663.

I've tried MGOC and MGBHive, all to no avail.

Because it's welded, it's looking like I'll have to get one fabricated, I don't really want to have to get a rear axle.

Anyone any ideas?

Ian - Max was saying something about having rear plates on one other thread, so, I suspect he's got an axle lying around at the moment at least - worth a quick call!

Try ARB101. It is the replacement pin for the MGB check strap and likely interchangeable as the check strap mounting eyes have the same dimensions. Its length may differ of course but this could well be accomodated
