>>about recycling, reusing, repurposing and sustainability. Surely that would be using the car on the road, then (well, 3 out of 4 of the above). Don't you love the made-up words like 'repurposing'? Don't these people have a thesaurus? A

All ideology and no substance. That would never pass MOT so what's the purpose in their exercise except for the artistic value? Might have just a well woven a Concord from used dust bin liners. Recycling junk into art isn't anything new, people have been doing that for centuries.

woven Sseat belts to cover up rust....If you cant see it does it really exist? LOL On a vary seriose note, The true importance is the "Terra Corian" That has vary real possiabilitys with further investigation, Im sure dupont had an orgasmic fit of delight in there pants when that concept hit there desk...Im shocked dupont didnt offer up cash with the corian. Just to protect any future devolopment and profits Corian is so versital, cheap to make, easily formed to any shape, texture, and color, easy to mill, yet incrediable indistructable, vary light wieght, high tinsil strength, crush resistant, and you can change its chemical chacteristics easily to make it floppy or rigid and has a high burn rate before it ignites and can even be press formed to have the exact feel of marble/ granit...THUS why its such a popular kitchen counter top...theres almost nothing you cant do with corian the possiabilitys of "corian" in automotive use are endless, from dashboards, to steering wheels, seat frames, even body panals to assory bits, trim, modern day bumpers, ect. ect. Id think even wheels would be do-able ...it would truely be a stong adversaryal competition to carbon fiber. I can not belive I never thought of corian i automotive use...and those bohimian hippy idiots gave the concept away to dupont for scrapes of the product and a viewing spot in duponts museum, theres a sucker born everyday LOL...But I guess money is not everything to everyone. Prop...the future always looks ugly at 1st.

Since I assume it's art and not function then I really like it and what a novel way to show the public a midget that otherwise would be just a heap of old rust
