MG Midget and Sprite General - Automobile Engineer magazine

I recently read a couple of re-prints in Marque One magazine of a detailed report of the Mk1 Sprite. these were from a magazine called (I think) Automobile Engineer and were from circa 1960.

Does anyone have any other copies of this publication? I'm particularly interested in any that cover the MGA and the Mini (especially the Cooper and S models).

Dave - real sorry - my mother appears to have done that wonderful habit of hers and thrown everything that was in the attic out (well, what was left after she dumped half of it on me the other week ...!)

It might well be my fault coz I told her that no-one in their right mind would want them and no I wasn't wasting my time selling them on ebay ... she's taken to watching some strange programme on the box and thinks everything can be sold ... I fear for my inheritance - and picnic basket!!!

I think they might well have been the ones that were in a damp shed for years anyway .....

Hi Mark,

If it's Mk1 Sprite related (and it probably isn't) then Ray English will have it otherwise eBay might come up trumps. I know that's not realy much help.

Gary, I have asked Ray but he only has a couple of which the info has already been published in 'Marque One'. I'll keep looking.
