| Bill, you answered a question posted by Onno around April 2009 on bias pedal boxes. You showed a couple of pictures of a Wilwood set up based on a 1275 / 1500 pedal box. Do you have any more detail or pictures of this....? Thanks in anticipation, Mark. |

| Yes, I did a pretty complete photo shoot of the project for an article in the British V8 Newsletter so have a lot of information. I'm at our Midget 50 right now but will be happy to post the photos online in my Flicker account when I get back home at the end of the week. |

Mark, I haven't forgotten, just been busy. I'll get the photos posted tonight if I have time. Meanwhile here's one shot of the completed assembly. I made my own frame work from 1" wide steel strap stock and then added the pedal pivot assembly and rear plate from a stock Midget pedal box for the pivot and the brake switch fitting. The rest of the box is 1/8" steel plate and a mounting plate for the master cylinders that I got from Speedway motors, but it would be fairly easy to cut your own or have one laser cut if you want the precision. The bias bar is added to the stock brake pedal assembly and the clutch pedal has an extension welded on to position the clutch rod in alignment with the clutch master. Since the upper portion of the box is wider than original the bolts are now located inside the box. I use allen head bolts with a ball end allen wrench to inistall them.

Mark, when I got it installed I found that I had a clearance issue with the clutch resevoir but I don't think there would be a clearance issue for the resevoirs on a right hand drive car.

| Mark, here's the link to the full set of photos. I initially used a .750" bore master cylinder for the clutch but found it a bit too large and now have installed one that is .700" bore which is better with less pedal pressure and still has adequate travel. http://www.flickr.com/photos/28194759@N08/ |
