MG Midget and Sprite General - Ashley top fitted

Happy new year to you all.

Finally got some time over the hols to get the Ashley top sorted out and on the car.

After delving through flaky layers of red, orange and blue, the gel-coat underneath was BRG, so have just given it a once-over with the compound and the colour match to my home-sprayed BRG is really good. Needs a fair bit more compounding to bring it up to any kind of shine, but it fits really well, appears to be reasonably watertight and transforms the feel of the car on a cold wet windy day...

That just looks so very nice on an RWA car, I don't suppose any of the Ashley tops made it over here?
