MG Midget and Sprite General - Are these the right type of caliper?
Looking for some Princess calipers, are these the correct type? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=160636263012&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT

Yep, those are they.

9kg's! Wow, thats a kilo more per side than the standard caliper.

They're heavy, but right now I can't find a good alternative here in the US. I've requested tech information from Wilwood but they haven't responded for a week now, so I don't think they're interested. Would still have to fabricate brackets for those anyway, so the Princess calipers would at least give me more stopping power in exchange for some unsprung weight. Seller doesn't ship internationally though, might have to work out something else with one of you for shipment. Thanks for the information, I'll put in a bid I guess.

Seller will ship, but cheapest by Royal Mail will be at least 80 pounds, way too much for me. Is there a less expensive alternative that any of you know of?

I guessed at dimensions and used parcels to go -- dhl came out at £47.50 http://www.parcel2go.com/Quote-page.aspx?dest=212&col=214&p=^10181814 hope the link works for you best bit - you arange a day with the seller, book and pay yourself - and they go collect. (dunno what the seller would want 4 packing!!!)

just played with the quote and they seem to be weight critical not size (i used 10kg to cover packaging).
