MG Midget and Sprite General - Ace Cafe September room for two more Gary
G'day Gary, Will be staying in London from the 8th so we would love to join you all at the Ace Cafe in September. Could you let me know the time and date. Being an old south London boy I should manage the tube over there. Our next stop is 3 days at the Goodwood Revival, hope to see some of you there. I'll be the Geezer in the Tweed Jacket and Angus Tartan TIE (Not gravy stains) my clan. Was gunna go as a Mod in me levis and desert boots but Rhonda said' "you wear that every day". Then it's down to East Sussex to my Cousin's place near Rye. Next the tank museum in the west country cos my Father was a desert rat in the Tank Crops. We hope to see the Cotswolds, Manchester (Oi John Hall email me please)Yorkshire, Geordie Land and Bonny Scotland. We are having dinner with Anita and Mark tonight to get some clues on nice places to see around the moors and York. Well We've got a lot to do in a month. So looking forward to it. Regards Phil Cuthbert

Catch the North Yorkshire Moors Railway out to Whitby. That's a nice run. The train even stops at Goathland which is Aidensfield on Heartbeat.

Hi Phil, The Classic Car's night at the ace will be on the 2nd Tuesday. So the next one will be the 13th of September. Will you be around? If not then I could meet you there (or anywhere in London for that matter) for a pint and a natter. Do you have my email?

G'day Gary, We will be at the Ace Cafe on the 13th what time does it usually kick off. We will be staying in Mansell St near the Tower and will be spending time going over my old manor round of Southwark and Bermondsey. Manze's Pie'n'Mash shop, The Anchor, The George Inn, The Mayflower ( Where she Sailed from), The Yacht at Greenwich, have a "Butcher's" at the Cutty Sark. Would love to try and catch up with any spridget driver's at Goodwood or any where in Britain. Only found out the other day there are about 3 or 4 members from my car club The Austin Healey Owners Club of Qld going to Goodwood. Now that's a challenge in all that Harris Tweed, Flat caps and old engine oil. See you soon Phil. PS Sorry We can't catch up in the Cotswolds Bernie.
