Stupid or cool?

Against my better judgement I have to admit I want one...

Not my cup of tea but on a similar note I parked up in my local Sainsburys supermarket the other day and when I came out there was a similar car parked next to mine but with a classic mini body on top and some mud all over so it looked to have been used for a bit of fun off road.

a mate of mine used to have a tvr on a range rover chassis and running gear.he brought it from a firm called strange rover, they reckoned that could put any body onto a range rover chassis.looked kinda cool to be honest.

I'd love a 4x4 midget, but I want Stuart's
Mick - trying to sort the wiring

Nah. That's a clever conversion, but making a Midget taller, heavier, etc. sort of kills the spirit, IMHO.

Having said that, Leyland did it in '75...

I like most of these hot rods? and Silhouettes they are fantastic Which would I choose if I wanted one?
Probably Stuart's as the engineering on his car is first class and the car looks great.
That said I have recently returned from the States and some of these types of car, what is he correct term? are really superbly built and are a credit to their owners.

Some people like em some don't!
Robert (Bob) Midget Turbo

Welllllllll - depending on how far up the gravel roads you live ...! However, it's WAY more fun to slide your way down them :)
