Austin-Healey Sprite - Welding Frog floor pans
| Hi, I need some help repairing the floor on my frog. I am going to try and do it myself with the help of a friend who has just learnt to weld at college. Both floor pans and one inner sill are badly corroded and I want to replace them and not simply weld plates. The rear spring housings have been repared years ago and also need some work ,but in the main the rear bulkhead is good. Can anybody give me any advice or tips on what to do and what not to do.....like step by step instructions!!! |

| Have you had a look at the Sprite and Midget Restoration Guide by Porter ? There are a lot of photos in there and lots of good advice on bodywork repair. |
