Austin-Healey Sprite - Mk1 windscreen install

Have '59 Frogeye in final stage of restoration. Does anyone have any suggestions regarding the refit of windscreen glass into frame? This is older style frame. Have all new gaskets.

I'd recommend posting this in the Midget & Sprite section of the MG BBS (on this site), since that is where most of us Sprite owners post and where there is a much greater volume of regular posters (this section is very quiet in comparison).

Unfortunately, I cannot help with your query, but I'm sure that one of the others there should be able to!

what was the out come of your request . i am about to fit one to my 1959 model frogeye

Watch the new rubber that is supplied for fitting under the Frog windscreen to the body work is it is a bit thicker and less pliable than the original. I shaved a wee bit off my new rubber to get it too fit.
