Austin-Healey Sprite - Frogeye overheating

Hi, can you help me!!.my frogeye is running hot..temp gauge when warmed up is 190oF(will increase when the speed increases)...rad has been refurbished..engine ..head and water galleries are clean and not blocked...thermostat new,all hoses are new..heater is not blocked..timing is correct..no pinking or running on ...plugs are correct for year N5...any help would be gratefully received..thanks Ian.
