Austin-Healey Sprite - AH sprite 1 gearbox colour
| when i removed the old - it was a bright metallic blue colour and was a ribbed model- i pressume not an original 1959 model, but a later more advanced ? say from a morris ? any way when i last drove it (1980) it seemed to work well and propelled me along at 80 mph with a gold seal 948 replacement engine. anyway - what colour should i repaint it as i'm taking it right back? |

| It sounds like a later MG midget Ribbed box. Mine was unpainted. The best place to get all the answers to your questions is on the MG Midget& Sprite Bulletin boards http://www2.mgcars.org.uk/cgi-bin/gen5?runprog=mgbbs&access=&mode=tlist&subject=110 |
