Austin-Healey 3000 - conversion to neg ground
| (1) I have and old 59 parts car.I was thinking of putting a 280z six with auto tranny in it to putter around in, but don't know what is involved in converting from POSITIVE GROUND to NEG GROUND>>>>( i.e. do you just change the instruments/voltage regulator/alternator? or are there hidden problems with wiring shorts/fuel sender wiring etc etc???) (2) I also have a 67 mkIII that i've just uncovered after 19yrs storage in my garage...hope to have it back to life in a month or so. Question: should I attempt to change the '67 to neg ground or leave it original? Thanks, F.W. McMahan ("MAC") |
